Yoga & Tai Chi
Yoga and Tai Chi are two powerful practices that we hold dearly in our hearts at Vibrant. Tai Chi is offered bi-weekly and is a staple to our class schedule. We also have yoga classes ranging from power vinyasa to gentle yoga. We invite you to come find your vibrancy in what ever way works best for you!
We believe strongly in the power of dance! As a form of expression, dance is a wonderful outlet to blow off some steam or learn how to connect with your body in a playful way. Whether you view dance as a fun exercise or an artistic form, we have classes for you!
Every other Sunday owner and operator, Sophie Lippert, pieces together a magical meal for our Vibrant community! This is what we call our "Sunday Salon."
