Rental FAQs

What is the procedure for renting the studio?

Check our calendar for available dates and times, and fill out a request form. Both can be found on the rental page. After your request is submitted, we will send you a rental agreement. Your space will be reserved once we receive your signed rental agreement and payment.

May I see the space before booking?

Yes! Viewing hours are on Fridays, 2-6pm. If you plan to drop by, please let us know in advance by emailing

There is a 2 hour booking minimum, but what if my event is only an hour long?

The 2 hours required to rent the space do not need to be consecutive. So if you want to run a series of 1 hour classes, that will fulfill the minimum requirement.

What is the cancellation policy?

You will receive a full refund with one months notice, and a 50% refund with 2 weeks notice. If you must cancel last minute, the payment can be credited toward a future event.

Can I reschedule?

Yes. You may reschedule without charge up until 2 weeks before your rental. There is a $20 fee to rescheduling within 2 weeks of your rental.

Is food allowed in the main room?

Yes. Please see renter responsibilities below.

What are my responsibilities as a renter?

As a renter, you are expected to leave the studio in the same condition you found it. All set up and clean up will be your responsibility. If food or beverages are consumed, we ask that you wash all dirty dishes, wipe down surfaces used for food prep, sweep the floors, and place all garbage in the outside receptacles before leaving.

Can Vibrant Studios promote my event on social media?

Vibrant Studios will will not create promotional content for your event, but we are happy to share a social media post from your page with our followers. 

What is parking like?

Vibrant Studios does not have a parking lot, but there is ample un-metered street parking throughout the area. For more details, see the map below.
