Days include a whole slew of exciting events: group music lessons, kid's yoga, arts & crafts, cooking, dance, and lots of games and songs. Sophie Lippert is a passionate and exuberant musician, yogi, cook, and dancer, and has worked with children in both individual and group settings. She has extensive experience as a nanny, private piano teacher, choir accompanist for elementary schools, and is the oldest of three sisters. Sophie's background in Waldorf education and Suzuki piano playing allows her to bring a deeply thoughtful, caring, and intelligent approach to engaging with kids and helping them grow and learn. She is loving, goofy, wise, and deeply present and attuned to the needs of those around her; devoted to treating children with respect, and giving them tools to find happiness and joy.

 

Elyse Post is a trained visual artist and certified yoga instructor, and approaches life with a sharp intellect, focus, and practicality, in addition to playful enthusiasm. She worked as an art camp counselor, nanny and personal cook, and has traveled extensively doing work in Ghana, Spain, Italy and Hawaii. Elyse studied in the Child Development vocational program in high school, and worked in the America Reads program during college. The oldest of four, Elyse's background growing up on Martha's Vineyard gave her a keen sense of the importance of cultivating positive community, working hard, and tackling life with spirit and relish. She is kind, compassionate, thoughtful and deeply intuitive; devoted to cultivating an environment for kids that melds fun with mindfulness, and creativity with structure.


Vibrant Studios is a nurturing haven for movement and learning in downtown Portland. It features a bright & airy large main room, with an adjacent kitchen, lobby, and bathroom. Located just minutes away from Lincoln High School, Washington Park, and Pioneer Square, Vibrant Studios is easily accessible from NE, SE, NW, SW Portland and Beaverton, alike.
